Winter Yonderland

From 29 December 2023 until 2 January 2024 we celebrate Winter Yonderland in Bedepuszta Village Retreat.

The price includes a program with daily wellness, scenic hikes to extraordinary places, a romantic ice skating pont and an unforgettable New Years Eve Party followed up by New Year celebration with a big campfire, music and oliebollen. The Yonderbar will be open daily and a chef will be cooking something very special every day.

Program

Wellness

The Wellness Garden is open every day with a Fin sauna, a infra-red sauna, a jacuzzi, an ice bath and a traditional wooden salt water hot tub. There’s also the possibility of yoga lessons. Also included in the price. Additionally, it’s possible to book massages and/or gyrotonic and/or Tibetan sound bowl sessions.

Ice skating pont

If the temperatures will allow it, we will have a adorable little scating pont next to the well of the Zsunyi creek. A natural icering for fun and a splendid view on the valley. 

Hikes

Every day we organize a memorable walk through the surrounding valleys and forests. Often with a break in a nearby restaurant for a lunch and a drink. 

Restaurant 

Every day chef Herb van Drongelen will present two daily menus, one with and one without meat. The restaurant is located on the hillside in the former school building.

Yonderbar

This artistic styled countrybar is the cosy meeting point of the village. The Yonderbar is open every day with hot beverages, good wines, beers and local spirits, including our homemade honey palinka. Wood is burning in the traditional fireplace, there are great board games to play and nice people to meet. Also we will organize tastings. 

Disco Euphoria

In the late ninetees we made legendary parties in Cafe Ebeling in Amsterdam. Now, we are going to repeat that in the Yonderbar with an annual party called Disco Euphoria! Think of old school disco and any other music that’s danceable, warm and happy. Meanwhile we will be serving great wines, honey palinka, handsome beers and exiting cocktails. It will get hot, so we will also dress up the bargarden and make a nice warming fire under the cold stars. An evening to look out to, and one to remember!

New Year’s Day

On the 1st of January 2024 we will make a big campfire, fill the garden with music and bird sounds and serve the Dutch traditional treat ‘oliebollen’. Of course there will be glühwein and other treats. Time to look back on a great night and forward to a new year.

Note that we have only 10 houses for rent, the price includes the Disco Euphoria party and all other programs mentioned above. The price does not include drinks and meals.
