4. Szilva house

Big house

The house is located on the main street and has a large, partially covered courtyard that flows into a green garden. The Szilva house consists of three bedrooms, a living room and a kitchen/dining room. In the hall you will find a bathroom with toilet and shower and a separate toilet. The loam house is about a hundred years old and built in traditional style, elongated, with the living room facing the street.

Courtyard and garden

The house has its own yard with a partially covered patio. There is a private parking in front of the house, in the courtyard there is a terrace with a large dining table and a sitting area. Behind the house is a garden with an old well. There are young fruit trees in the garden. On the terrace there is a plum tree that produces the tastiest plums in the village (July). This tree gives the house its name; ‘szilva’ is Hungarian for plum.

Location

The Szilva house is located 70 meters from the Yonderbar and the recreation area where you can make free use of the facilities: swimming pool, beach volleyball, badminton, ping pong, darts, board games, library, etc.
