Village Retreat Bedepuszta is a secluded village that has been transformed into an exceptional event location, boasting an extended infrastructure specifically designed to cater to events ranging from 20 to 200 people.

A wide variety of possibilities

Village Retreat is well-suited for a variety of company retreats. The former School building has been renovated into a conference facility, while the Meadow offers multiple outdoor meeting venues. For relaxation, guests can visit the Wellness Garden, the swimming pool, or the hammock camps. The Bar Garden, with terraces, a campfire spot and a stage offer entertainment options, while drinks and meals are served at Yonder Bar & Kitchen. The Olympia and Labyrinthum are new locations for outdoor games and team-building programs.  Finally, the Pavilion, the Club House, and the 200 square meter Yavanna tent are versatile spaces that can be utilized either for conferences, entertainment, or program purposes.

Furthermore, the group can fully immerse themselves without any external distractions. Situated at the end of a secluded dead-end road, the village is exclusively reserved for the company. Breakfast, lunch, diner, programs and leisure, everything unfolds within the intimate dynamics of the group. This ensures a truly immersive experience where the focus remains solely on the company’s objectives and the collective enjoyment of the participants.

We specialize in organizing comprehensive programs, transfers, and catering services. Leveraging our extensive experience in the festival scene since 2004, we have the expertise to curate unique and memorable experiences, such as mini festivals featuring live music, exciting excursions, captivating performances, and quality catering options. Programs

The day starts with breakfast in the big pavilion. We can also offer yoga classes, massages and of course the sauna and the jacuzzi are open. In the village we have plenty of open space and inside facilities for team building programs. For example the former village school, the Club House and the pavilion.
We recommend multiple daytime excursion programs at the same time for groups in the direct neighborhood. Examples of such programs: puszta safari with a Russian Stuca, walk to palinka distillery and tasting competition, mountainbike trip to Hollókö with tastings, visit of Buddhist temple in the forest. In the afternoon and in the evening we can organize a small festival with bands and dj’s in the Yonder Garden with cocktails and drinks in the bars and catering in the pavilion.

Compensation forest

Around the village we are planting a new forest. Companies can donate and plant the trees as part of a CO2 compensation program. In addition, we take pride in our commitment to sustainability. We generate our own electricity through solar panels, capture and reuse rainwater, implement waste sorting and recycling practices, and actively promote biodiversity.
